Utilities are not included in the rent at The Maxwell. Residents are responsible for electric, internet, and cable, and typically pay a separate, usage-based charge for water, sewer, and trash that is billed through the community each month.

We do accept guarantors, and applicants without rental history may be approved with a guarantor based on screening results.
